It's frontpaged already, so there's little I can say about it that hasn't already been said. Amazing as always~

The song is quite good, and there is a very good sense of rhythm to the song. The instruments are nearly drowned out by the lyrics, however, though that is saved by both the fact that what the instruments are playing is relatively simple, and by the fact that it's more of a rap song. However, with both that and the fact that the coughing at the beginning just doesn't blend with the song at all (it would probably make a better ending than a beginning), I have to detract a point. This certainly isn't bad, but it could be better. I certainly can't rate this as highly as some of your other songs, though.

Still though, I look forward to seeing what else you may make in the future. I can tell there was effort put in to this, and so I think it is deserving of an equal level of effort in reviewing. While there are some flaws with the song, for the most part it is very well put together, and if not for the previously mentioned flaws, would have rated at 4.5 stars. Still though, the song is put together quite well, and none of those flaws really interfere with the listening experience for the majority of the song.

Implements the samples used wonderfully, and nothing feels out of place in the song. It feels incredibly natural despite the clearly experimental feeling to it. Beautifully done!
